Return and Exchange Policy

At Modasyria Store, we always work for the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent policy for returns and exchanges according to these terms:

Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the order delivery date.

Return Acceptance Conditions

• Product must be in its original condition and not used or damaged.
• Product returned in its original box with all accessories and cards.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) provided.

Non-Returnable Products

• Custom or made-to-order products.
• Underwear and cosmetics for health reasons.
• Promotional offers "final discounts" unless there are manufacturing defects.

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be notified of acceptance or rejection of the return request.
• In case of acceptance, money is refunded through the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer bears return shipping costs unless the reason is an error from Modasyria Store.

Exchange

• You can request to exchange the product with the same product (if there is a defect) or with another product of the same value.
• If the value differs, the difference is paid/refunded according to the situation.
